2025 Administrative Plan

The Pierce County Housing Authority (PCHA) 2025 Administrative Plan, which governs the operation of the Housing Choice Voucher Program, is now available for public review and comment.

The Public comment period is a key step in the process that allows community members and stakeholders to provide input on proposed policies and updates.

The 45-day public comment window opened on April 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM and closes at 5:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 2025. All comments received during this time will be reviewed and presented to the PCHA Board of Commissioners at the May 2025 Regular Board Meeting. You may submit your Public Comment for the 2025 Administrative Plan in the field to the right.
